In this video, I deal with the subject of goal weight fixation. Being focused on getting yourself to goal is a good thing, but NOT at the expense of ignoring other things to be learned along the way. It also does not represent an end, but rather a beginning to a new phase, the maintenance phase. That could be fitness related (how many miles or long can you workout), health related (curing sleep apnea), look related (Body Fat percentage), etc. Finally, hitting goal only settles or demonstrates you’ve solved one piece of the equation.
