@Hjernespreng I am not so sure on that cause think about me I am a lazy slackass that only workout I get right now is walking back and fourth in my house and I eat and sit on my ass most the time and I can’t get more or less than 150 pounds EVEN WHEN I TRY TO GAIN which is so fucking sad

you know when i was watching this video I saw under the suggestions a video “Lose 41 pounds in 45 days” XD
You can eat 3 cheeseburgers and a pound of bacon but you cant eat a damn apple because it has carbs.

I did exactly that.
Before I knew it: went from 86 kilograms to 79 in like a month. And I was barely trying.
-When you’re not hungry you don’t eat.
-You WON’T get thinner if you have 3 solid meals a day and sit on your ass all the time.
-Stop eating when you are not hungry anymore.
Simple little things. I can still enjoy a tasty treat every now and then. I simply don’t stuff my face with it anymore.

im not skinny! i have hips and an assrry if that size 0 girlm on that cover dosnt! im a size 10! and i prody lost alot of weight to get there. and no, im not a carb counting lunatic. i lost weight by not eating and exercizing! im 5’5 125 pounds. and ill eat watever i want no matter hoe many fricken clories it has now! i have a sport to do everyday so i run of the carbs!
