I too have just lost over 65 lbs, it feels wonderful! Most of it thanks to my lying, cheating husband, who unknowingly inspired me–to become the best ME I can be…Last summer he decided that he wanted a 25 yr old skank instead of a wife of 25 years…well, hey honey buns, skanks gone, but your HOT, THIN “old” wife is still here…just not interested in you anymore! ahhhh ha ha ha…..take a nice big bite of that dear!!!

Haha, you obviously care what I think, otherwise you wouldn’t reply. As I said, I know what I find attractive, and that is NOT unhealthy, obese people.
Are you telling me that obesity is fine? It’s the BIGGEST cost to the western world in terms of medical care and it is really just plain greed (unless there are medical reasons).
I can’t ever defend obesity.

I’ve slowed down a little because I realized I can’t live without water! I think that’s what I unitentionally tried for some silly scale related reason??? So I’ve soaked the system with H20 and now I’m down 3 more KG so eventually … : )

I don’t eat carbs (unless there intruding in my vegtables) and that works fine too! Lost 26 KG (57 pounds) in 4 months. Went from obese to overweight, that feels fantastic, soon to be “normal”!
But i must say, the most inspirational is when you feel like you can do anything. I was out orienteering for 6 ½ hours yesterday, and I still felt like i could do more! The energy you do this is insane, seriously insane
